We will happily replace or refund your orders within 7 days, if the merchandise purchased has not been used and/or washed. All tags also need to be in place, and the invoice needs to presented for the return or/and exchange to take place.

All requests for return and exchange of goods and merchandise will be entertained within seven days of order delivery to the customer, after which no return or exchange will be made.

• State the reason for exchanging the product, send the product back to us through any courier.
• Products requested in exchange will be dispatched once we receive the product back.
• The entire process may take up to 5-7 days, after which your new order will be dispatched.
• On exchange or re-forwarding  delivery charges will be applicable. Which will be according to weight of the parcel.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to the following address: House No 59 , Block B2, Nasheman e iqbal, Phase 2, Lahore.

• Once we receive the product back, you can ask for Cash Refund .
• The entire process of return / refund may take up to 5-7 days.
• Already paid delivery charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be transfered to provided bank account.
